Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50

  • Flat-rate shipping on orders under $50

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express delivery available at checkout for an additional fee

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. You can also check order status by logging into your account.
 

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at contactthebigbabystore@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Socks, tights, and underwear

  • Bows, hair clips, and headbands

  • Any item marked "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns page and enter your order number to generate a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 

Exchanges
Need a different size? Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" and we'll ship the new size as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.
 

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Sizing Policy

Because kids grow fast, we recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for extra wear room.
 

Product Care

To keep prints, knits, and fabrics looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softener on printed pieces

  • Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry knitwear (like our Cloud Hop Romper and Rainbow Knit Beanie)

  • Wash bows and hair accessories by hand only
     

Payment & Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets at checkout

  • Sales tax applied based on shipping destination where applicable

  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
